I think, you ought to have secured 60% in your exam to qualify exemption in CPT. I must warn you of one potential danger, though. I am a Chemical Engineer, who later qualified as CMA. I noticed that the brains of Graduates from Science stream are differently wired. And, as a result, it becomes intellectually challenging to grasp the fundamentals of book-keeping and financial accounts. I actually started with the books of 11th Commerce onwards in my 1st Gr CMA. Graduation in computer applications BCA computer Science or related field with a minimum of 50% marks obtained at the UG level and Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12 is compulsory. This is just a basic overview of the eligibility criteria, it may be different in different colleges. So from above on the basis of B.Com MCA is difficult to do. However if you have B.Com with computer application and studied Mathematics at 12th level than can be eligible only.
