86 percentile in ICAR AIEEA is very good. But the eligibility criteria depends on the categories such as OC, BC, MBC, SC etc. And also check your ranks to get apt eligibility criteria. Each year the eligibility criteria varies for every colleges and universities. It is always good to check in the university website or contact the university to get updated information of the particular year. Information in the internet regarding percentile eligibility criteria may mislead sometimes so try contacting the university directly. Thank you

 You  should also have certificates mentioning your completion of 10 + 2. You should ensure you have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in major subjects like English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. these cutoff can vary each academic year .it totally depend on number of applicant

No worries, Biology is absolutely not required for B.Sc Hons agriculture.  The required subjects are physics, chemistry and maths/biology.  Most of the colleges and universities in India ask for biology along with Physics and Chemistry as a subject in 10 + 2 class level to be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Science Agriculture. But there are some colleges and universities as well which don't ask for biology as a subject in 10+2 for being eligible for Bachelor of Science agriculture.
