It would be quite tough to predict any college for you as your rank is quite low. You will not be able to get good college with this rank. But try for all rounds in counselling.

It is very difficult to say, as the competition is quite tough in AIEEA, and there are not many colleges. I would suggest taking a look at past year results and take part in counselling.

Yes, you can go with these subjects since only physics and chemistry are compulsory. 3rd subject can be either biology/agriculture/maths.
