I always suggest students that in order to judge any college, you can do so my knowing 2 things-ROI and Placements.
Among these 2 colleges, you have to find out which college provides you the maximum opportunities in terms of your convenience like location, growth opportunities, placement packages etc. As a student of ICFAI, I cannot judge which one is better but I can provide you the reasons for the same as to judge any college on the basis of some parameters. As a placement representative, I can tell you about IBS Gurgaon. The fees of this college is only Rs. 7 lakhs and the there is an average package of Rs. 5-6 lakhs. There are also

Yeah its not recognized, govt. sector only won't accept. They want recognized certificate of PGPM or else MBA degree. And you won't face any problem in private sector. You can pursue both the things at same time from IBS as to target govt. sector as well. Placements are good, semester system with continuous evaluations will be there.

This thing will not create any problem in private sector but for govt sector u need approval for pgpm programme or MBA Degree. you can pursue both things together as well i.e pgpm prog. and mba.

There is no specific campus as such for operations, you can try IBS Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon.

All the three institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the three.
You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

Yeah it is very good and especially for marketing. Avg is around 5lacs and this years highest of marketing guy was 13lacs.
