ICFAI Business School Mumbai conducts ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) for admission to its Management courses. However, it is not compulsory for selection. Aspirants with a required score in other accepted exams: CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC/XAT are also eligible to apply. Moreover, aspirants shall check out the eligibility requirements before applying for the course. Candidates are shortlisted based on accepted exam scores for further selection rounds. IBS Mumbai offers well-equipped infrastructure which inculdes classrooms, labs, library, sports complex, gym, cafe, confernece hall, auditorium, and many other facilities offered to the students. It has a well-stocked library with various books, national journals and magazines, and over 2,000 CDs for its students. The institute offer various cultural and sports activities to the students.

ICFAI Mumbai offers various extra curricular activities and various clubs for different activities. Students have the opportunity to take part in various clubs as per their intrest. IBS provides a multitude of opportunities for sports and other extracurricular activities. The clubs and committees organize quizzes and debates, and meet frequently to discuss new ideas, issues, and developments in their areas of interest. Students participate in sports and games at the well-equipped Sports Activities Center as well as the swimming pool on campus.

IBS Mumbai is a well known institute which offers PGDM programme to the students. The fee structure for the MBA programme is INR 9.1 lakh. The fee structure inculdes tuition fee for the two-year programme. The highest and average package offered during IBS Mumbai placements 2024 stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 8.03 LPA, respectively. The institute has good ROI as per the fee structure.
