Yes IBS Mumbai is a very good college. The PGPM degree will not make much of a difference as the brand name of IBS is really good.IBS Mumbai is especially a good option if you are interested in pursuing MBA in finance. For marketing IBS Gurgaon will be a better option.

IBS Jaipur Hyderabad and Dehradun are approved by UGC as they offer an MBA degree. IBS Mumbai and other campuses offer PGPM degree for which AICTE and UGC approval is not required.
