ICSI exam Application Process

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act of 1980, is a government-recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India. The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the Company Law Board. ICSI begins the CS Executive, Professional exam enrollment soon after the declaration of results. Candidates willing to appear for the ICSI CS Dec 2024 session must enroll for the exam on or before the last date. Candidates will be required to pay the examination fee per module. ICSI CS Executive exam registration is ongoing, for the June 2025 session (both modules). CS Executive 2025 registration is open throughout the year for the exam conducted in June and December. 

ICSI CS June 2025 enrollment process will commence on February 25, 2025. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. Enrollment form once submitted cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit the few details. Candidates will be given a chance to edit any details if required before the deadline. No seperate request for change in enrollemnt form will be entertain. Candidates must submit the following documents along with the ICSI CS application form to avail the scribe facility:Disability Certificate issue by the Medical Board/doctor of not below the rank of Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Central or State Govt. Hospital/ Medical College, certifying the nature (permanent or temporary) and percentage of disability and its duration affecting his/her ability and/or thenormal physical functions, andLetter of permission issue, if any, by Sr. Secondary Board/University in 10th, 10+2, or Degree Examination in which Candidate had appeared; orPermission granted by other reputed professional institutes/educationalexamining bodies, such as — UPSC, SSC, State Public Service Commission, etc., allowing such assistance for appearing of a Scribe and/or Extra-time in the earlier Examinations, andFull size photography showing the disability. 

ICSI CS June 2025 enrollment process for CS Executive and CS Professional programme will commence from February 26, 2025. Candidates who have already registered for the CS Executive programme/ CS Professional programme can to enroll for the programme. Candidates can enroll for the CS June 2025 session till precribed last date without late fee. Candidates enrolling after the mentioned date have to pay the late fee of INR 250 per subject. Candidates must ensure to stay updated with the cutoff date of ICSI CS application and enrollment form.
