Yes, you can, if you have a good conceptual clarity regarding the subjects. It will be easy for a CA students to clear the costing subject of CS executive, if the students gets good marks in CA IPCC group 1 in cost & accounts and have conceptual knowledge.

Hi, Any candidate who has completed Higher Secondary or passed 10+2 examination in any subject is eligible for Company Secretaryship but such students will have to clear all the three levels. https://www.shiksha.com/college/institute-of-company-secretaries-of-india-icsi/exams/icsi-exam.

Yes, you can apply for CS foundation course. Eligibility for CS Foundation:
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the CS Foundation Programme. There is no minimum requirement of percentage of marks secured at Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination. Yes, you can join CS executive directly. Any graduate or post graduate other than fine arts are exempted from CS foundation course.

For CS foundation, 12th or something equivalent is required. There is a proposal that students completing ITI will be awarded class 12th certificates. But it still is far. So for the moment, you are not yet eligible for CS foundation.

There might be no requirement of new books for CS foundation. ICSI provides its own material. If you need any you could take books from s. hand publishers.
