Candidates must achieve  a minimum of 40 % marks in each paper and secure an overall aggregate of at least 50% in each group. The CS executive exam will be divided into two modules - Moduke I and Module II. As per the CS executive paper pattern, candidates have to solve both objective and descriptive questions.Marking scheme:For descriptive/subjective questions: There is no negative marking For objective questions: 0.25 mark to be deducted for each wrong response and 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer.So understand the CS study material, practice making notes and start with a proper time table, so you can able to score well on the CS Executive exam. 

Yes, you can join the institute of company secretaries of india (ICSI) without taking the ICSI CS exam. To join the ICSI, you must:pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marksbe at least 17 years old at the time of application complete class 12You can apply for associate membership of the ICSI if you:pass the intermediate examination/executive programme examination and final examination / professional programme examination of the instituteundergo prescribed training or are exempted therefrom on the basis of experience Students in grades 10+2 are eligible for the ICSI CS foundation programme but they must provide proof of enrollment such as their exam roll number.

To pass the ICSI CS exam, candidates must score at least 40% in each subject and 50% overall. For the CS Executive exam in 2023, candidates must pass both modules with at least 40% in each paper and 50% in all papers.   Exam Pattern of CS Executive 2023As mentioned above, the CS Executive exam will be divided into two modules - Module I and Module II. Candidates can fill the CS Executive exam form either for a single module or both modules altogether depending upon their preference.
