CSEET is an entrance exam conducted by ICSI, four times a year: January, May, July, and November. The CSEET has replaced the CS Foundation course; candidates who qualify for the exam are eligible for direct admission to the CS Executive course. The Company Secretary graduates have various job scopes as Legal counsellor, Human Resource Manager, Legal Manager, and Executive Assistant.

Hello Shilpa if you joined CS executive in December 2022 then you are eligible for CS executive exam in December 2023 so prepare for your exams you have one year. All the best.

If you have attended the programme of certain foundation. They will send a notification on their website. There will be a process of doing it. If you are selected, then you will be called for executive programme.

Mode of Exam: Pen and paper-based. Duration of Exam: Three Hours or 180 minutes. The ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), constituted under the Company Secretaries ACT of 1980, is a government-recognised body that produces Company Secretaries in India. The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the CLB (Company Law Board). The Institute of Company Secretaries of India was created in 1968 and took over from the Company Law Board to conduct the exam.
