There are many colleges in the USA that offer a Masters in journalism. Each has their own academic and non-academic eligibility requirements, such as an IELTS score. The tuition fee for SHU is INR 28,77,120 for this one-year postgraduate programme, and placement opportunities are also good.

You need to score a minimum of 6 in your IELTS to qualify for any immigration programs to Canada. That is equivalent to CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) Band 7. IELTS is generally one of the recognised education tests that helps measure the English language proficiency of the applicants.
