Hi Rajesh, Chances are good. Though your CGPA may be slightly below a competitive range it seems you have good profile. Try to add more extracurricular and achievements if you have. Your GRE score is damn good. The sooner you apply, higher the chances of acceptance and also may be scholarship. Try to apply by the first round of deadlines.

You can surely try for Canadian universities, but it would be slightly competitive for you to get through the universities. It also depends on the choice of your course. The academic requirements for top Canada is 65%-70%.

You can apply for Canadian student visa but your scores in speaking can be matter of concern as universities and colleges have the requirement of 6.5 or 7 with band no less than 6 for IELTS.

Yes, you can. You will be able to get admission in any colleges in Canada. You might have to do a Diploma, and then proceed for further degree course.

Both exams are equal. The difference is TOEFL is an online exam, and if you are familiar with key board typing you will find it easy. IELTS you have to write the exam manually by hand. Both the exams have same standard and you cannot tell one is easy.
