It depends on a lot of factors like which university you are applying to, the desired programme, your financial situation, career plans, etc. You know that your academic background is not too competitive, but a very exceptional personal statement, essays and recommendation letters will push your application. Your IELTS is low for an MS course, in fact, you should take TOEFL. If the course you want to do demands another test like GRE, you have to take it. Your academics are good. You can look at UNSW, UWA, Australian National University, Monash University, UTS, RMIT, University of Sydney and University of Melbourne.
These are top ranked. You can apply but they are competitive.
Other schools which you can see are Griffith, La Trobe and many more. No matter where you apply, you have to check the IELTS score requirement individually on the university websites.
Sometimes universities can offer bridge courses in English if you do not meet the requirements. Normally 6.5 is required.

If you want to study a Master's degree at a university in the United Kingdom, you will have to get the right documents to prove that you fit the university requirements. Your GMAT score is pretty low. But, there are some good colleges that NIT requires GMAT score.
1. Northwestern University Kellogg Executive MBA
This programme requires you to have at least eight years of work experience with an average of 12-15 years. It spans over two years and covers all aspects of general management. The GMAT score is usually not needed; the admissions committee would review the application and decide if it's required.
