Dear Shalu,
May I know if you had work experience? Without it, chances are tight, however, alternate options are always available.

Hello Ganesh,
Every country has its pros and cons and also it depend on what exactly you are planning to study and where you want to settle. Australia is slightly expensive than Canada and you have to complete two academic years to gain the work permit which is overlooked by many. Canada on the other hand is very selective and if you don't have high academic grades chances to study in Canada is less. In terms of acceptance rates Australia has more options.

IELTS score is not a big concern for visa officers, it is mainly the requirement of the university but you must have a strong hold in English and have a good profile otherwise they will reject your visa in any grounds they would want to.

Hi,
Your CGPA is quitr low for German universities. You will have a chance if you have very strong SOP and LORs, research works and publications and outstanding project works etc.
