Every university has different admission requirements.Admissions are not offered solely on the basis of IELTS score, you have to understand that your academic grades and overall profile matters. Check the university websites for the admission requirements. Your SOP and LORs will also matter. It is difficult to say which university will give you admissions since its their decision not ours. Prepare well.

However, if your aim is just to get MBA at any cost then IIPM, Manav Rachna and Manav Bharti are the kind of institutes which exist in the USA who can't provide you placements, but they badly need students so you can search and apply for such B or C category institutes.

It is very difficult to specify a particular university. Every single university has different requirements, every applicant's profile is different. What you are asking may be considered by the university(s) if they find your profile strong. Alternatively, they may suggest you to enroll into English language pathway programmes. Check universities in Australia, New Zealand, UK etc

You have a decent CGPA and can target universities like Dalhousie University, Concordia University. You can also target some ambitious universities like University of Ottawa. However, I would suggest you to keep some more country options open and apply there as well.
Competition in Canada has drastically increased in the last 6 months and it is highly recommended that you target regions like USA and some countries in Europe.
