IELTS is used for educational, immigration and occupational purposes, and is accepted by over 9,000 institutions across 130 countries worldwide majorly in UK, New Zealand and Australia. TOEFL also has worldwide acceptance now.
TOEFL exam, questions are almost multiple choice, whereas, IELTS requires you to respond to a range of different question types such as short answer, gap-filling and short essay tasks. Since German universities are extremely selective you must be having very high CGPA. More than 75% is required or at least 8 out of 10 is minimum. But different universities have different requirements and selectivity. IELTS score requirements also vary but generally an overall score of 6.5 or 7 with no section less than 6 is required.

MBA programs in UK and if you want a reputed one you must have atleast 3 years work exp. Check university websites like Imperial College, University of Leeds etc more or less every good business school requires experience. Your grades are aright.

MBA programs require applicants to have work experience of atleast two to three years. Additionally you must take GMAT or GRE too. To study in US you must check which university will accept three year Bachelor degree as most of them don't. Admission to a MBA program abroad is a different league altogether. You can check for MS Management programs in Australia or New Zealand, they can take you with IELTS only.
