If you want to pursue MBA or Masters in management, you need to qualify GMAT exam.

It is possible in a private college, and through non-SPP application.

You have a good chance in all the mentioned universities. Your GRE, IELTS and academics are good so you will get considered for these.

Not a very popular choice for MBA but you can look for universities under G30, they offer programs in English. You will require work experience and all applicants are required to submit their scores for GMAT or GRE. An IELTS of more than 6.5 will be required. As far as PR is concerned you must live in Japan for more than ten years or so with an employer-sponsored work visa.

In order to study in Canada and Australia, you need to score a total of 6.5 band in IELTS with no band less than 6. So, you should retake the exam and score well.

Scholarships are generally based on your academic performance and co curricular activities. IELTS is basically taken for East visa process but if you score 100%, chances of scholarships will become better.

Your Diploma cannot get you admission in abroad universities, so try to complete your B.Tech, then try for abroad studies.

There is no such best book as what is best for me might not be best for you. These are generally the most followed books by test takers.

If you apply in USA universities, then you have to appear for GRE with TOEFL. For other countries, you don't need to appear for GRE, only TOEFL or IELTS is enough. But if, your academic record is not up to the mark, your GRE marks help you to get admission there.
For MBA admission you need to appear for GMAT with TOEFL or IELTS as GMAT is must for MBA in abroad.
