It depends on the university on what basis they check and will also depend on what you want to study, your overall grades, etc. Applications are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Hi, There is no eligibility here. However typically IELTS test takers are of 16 years minimum. Also, yes you can IELTS after your Diploma as well. The scores are valid for two years, once expired you have to give again. Choose to take the test depending when you are going to apply abroad.

Hi Kuldeep, chances are fair and will depend on your application package, career intentions you mentioned on your application etc. It's a decision taken by the visa officers so a correct prediction can't be given. All the best.

It is possible to get but not guaranteed because of your low marks. Don't be discouraged, just apply online at different universities.

The GRE score above 324 can be good enough for ISB's both campuses. Your chances for Hyderabad are moderate, while for Mohali are high.
