Most of the top Australian universities like Monash, UNSW, etc. offer mechanical engineering for at least 6.5 overall band in IELTS with minimum 6.0 in each subtest. They also demand TOEFL scores which you can check on their websites. However, there must be many other universities that may grant admission at this score.

There are some universities overseas, which don't insist on IELTS and allot admission only on GMAT scores. However, it is better to appear for both the exams and have a video option.

Your score is just decent but a definite answer is difficult. There would be many with a higher percentile. You should work on your cv and see what was the highest IELTS record this things before applying.
