For taking the IELTS, your minimum age should be at least 16 years & you must have a valid passport. You will be eligible to take the exam if you fall into one of the categories: Planning to study in UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand/USA. Rest you can check the command over English.

To do Masters in Canada, IELTS is must but some colleges can accept TOEFL too. In Australia, IELTS is mostly accepted in colleges. So, I personally suggest you give IELTS exam. Also, GRE is not mandatory, but it will enhance your application and you might stand out from other students, so there's more chance to get the admission.

Hello Mohammed,
It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your PG in Canada after completion of Engineering Graduation in India. There are many nuances in the whole process. On an individual basis it's quite tough. Due to this, I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students for MS to Canada. They would be knowing all the nuances and hence will be in a position to take care of these. Best wishes to you.

Various colleges in U. S have varying levels of IELTS requirement. The top colleges would require you to have a 7 band, whereas other colleges would require a min. Of 5.5-6. But, this would vary. So decide a college based on your IELTS score, or try improving it.
