It is quite difficult because the minimum band required for Masters is 6.5, but maybe it is possible in some Universities you should contact any good consultancy, they provide you full details regarding admission and helps you in selecting the colleges.

I would suggest you that first learn English language properly and then go for any IELTS Coaching because in IELTS they teach you about IELTS exam not about English language and if your Basic English is not good then you may face problem.

Yes, you are eligible there is no specific eligibility for IELTS a person who wants to go for foreign study or wants to work in foreign is eligible and for doing MBA in any University the minimum eligibility is a candidate must holds a Bachelor's degree.

Yes, you are eligible for Christ University the minimum eligibility is candidate must holds a Bachelor's degree or if a candidate is in his final year can also apply and also needs to appear for any of the Exam like CAT XAT MAT CMAT GMAT GRE ATMA and score well. There is no need for IELTS or TOEFL for the university.

You can give it for as many as times you want. IELTS exam is conducted every month for 2 - 3 times. So you can book your exam dates in a same month as well, but it is normally advised that you should not appear for the exam no closer than once in a period of two months.
