Hi,
You can report your IELTS scores to many universities, it is obvious a student won't apply to just one university but to several to have maximum chances. However, you cannot do MS and MBA both from two different universities!

Hi, GRE scores are valid for five years while IELTS scores are valid for two years. Once expired and you still have to apply to universities you must take the tests again.

According to me both are great. You can take educational coaching both online and offline. Online mode will help you in writing and comprehension sections. While offline mode will help you in understanding the course material.

Hello,
Based on the university requirements, you will have to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. You will need to provide the strong sop that convinces the admission body for the shift from electronics to IT stream.
You need to have the excellent aggregate of above 70 percent in your Bachelors to get into top Canadian universities.
