Hi, your question is quite confusing. Every university provides unconditional offer or a conditional offer. It depends on the student's profile and their own admission policies. You may check QS World ranking for list of top UK universities in your desired field and choose accordingly.

Hi, you cannot apply on basis of class 12th, since 46% is not acceptable. You should sit for an improvement exam since this percentage is hardly accepted abroad. Or, complete a Diploma or UG programme in India with at least 55% to study abroad

Hi Venkata, the minimum GRE requirement is 155 GRE score on both the verbal and quantitative sections, in your Bachelor's degree, you must have had at least 76%. You are also required to have excellent knowledge and exposure to statistics, linear algebra, calculus etc. Applicants with lower academic requirements may be accepted, it depends on their overall profile. Your work experience is excellent can push your application forward. Applications are evaluated on a case by case basis, so you need to check the requirements and apply if you see you are fit.

Hi Chaitali,
IELTS is basically a British test, if you have applied for an institute in British Commonwealth then go for IELTS else you can take up TOEFL which is also widely accepted. As far as I know, TOEFL is accepted in Ireland.
