No, the IELTS exam centres do not change frequently, rather they are fixed. So applicants who apply for a certain IELTS exam centre should be rest assured that the exam centre will not change at the last minute.

Aston Uni accepts major English exam scores as proof of English language proficiency. An overall IELTS score ranging between 6.0 - 7.0, with no band below 5.5 - 6.0 makes the applicant eligible for admissions at the university.For Indian applicants,  70 - 75% or above in Standard XII English is sufficient as a proof of proficiency in the English language. However, some courses may have higher requirements.

Those who want to give the IELTS test without studying should take some of the IELTS practice tests and then decide whether they need to prepare for the exam or they can give it without studying.

There may not be a specific answer to this question as it varies from person to person. Somebody may find the Writing section the most difficult for preparation while some may find Speaking the hardest. It is better one should go through the IELTS exam pattern and understand each and every section and figure out the toughest section based on preparation and focus more on that.
