It varies with UG or PG course. For UG, its usually 6 with no modules less than 5.5. For PG courses, it is higher, 6.5 or higher with no section less than 6.

Generally, for Indians, they don't require IELTS or TOEFL but its better, you confirm with the university directly.

Depends on the country and university and also the course. Places like UK needs only IELTS but if you do MBA you will need GMAT also.

None. IELTS in UK is also required for visa purposes. They don't require any other tests as such unless you want to study law or medicine. IELTS is the only test and mandatory.
