There is no pass or fail in the IELTS exam and candidates can retake the exam as many times as they want. However, every time the applicant plans to take the IELTS exam, they would need to pay the registration fee too. To avoid taking IELTS exam multiple times, it is better that applicants prepare for the exam in one go and pass it too with the required band score too. This will save the applicant from re-appearing for the exam multiple times and save their money too.
