Hi, the IELTS score is not the only determining criteria for your admission decision. You have to specify your academic grades which are more important. Masters admission in Canadian universities are highly competitive, if you have more than 75% you can apply to most of them. Admissions however will also depend on your projects, LOR, SOP etc. As far as your IELTS score is concerned, it is alright.

Hi Akshay,
You can pursue further studies in engineering or think about a management degree. You may also consider a PG in engineering management. It's basically your choice, you have to study after knowing your own career intentions and also your own interest. You should check university websites for relevant programs they offer. See what interests you.

Also when you say permanently, no you cannot, you have to apply for a PR which is again a different process, and to apply for a PR you must have worked in the foreign country for many years and meet the requirements of a resident. Why don't you consult an immigration agent? you will get better a

Hi Nizam, every college requires either TOEFL or IELTS, in case you fail to have one of these test scores they may offer you a pathway programme in English. If the English language test can be waived off completely will depend on the college. Check this link and contact the colleges directly
