Hi Ajay,
Time will be tight. It is recommended you check with the universities firstly. Also most universities in Australia have their sessions on Feb and July and not September. So research well.

Hello,
With the IELTS score, you may go to countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc. Generally, the expenses for giving IELTS here in India & application fees would be nearly 25-30000 with a visa fee of 8000-27000 INR. For generally, a year's expense, you may have to spend around 14 lakhs to 25 lakhs towards the total cost of attendance for 1 year in the above countries. Further it depends on specific country/city & the course you choose to do.

Hi TD,
The admissions are not offered on basis of IELTS scores alone. Though your scores are poor you may still check with the universities or colleges if you could do a bridge course in English to meet the English proficiency requirements. But, you must also check if you have met the average grade requirements.

Hi Hari,
Yes, you can do so plus taking the test will also help you if you want to study abroad. Your question seems incomplete and difficult to know what exactly you are trying to look for.

Hello, exceptional students without work experience are considered. However you need to be an extraordinary brilliant student. Remember you would be competing with applicants with significant work experience and more competitive profile than yours. So, if you don't have anything unique in your profile you won't be accepted.

Hello,
Chances are minimal with 50%. However, you have a very strong profile which means an all-rounded overall strong profile you may get a chance. Your SOP must be highly impressive as well. LORs from your teachers are equally important. I will advise you to keep looking at other countries such as in Europe, Australia, etc.
