Study visa is not granted on the basis of IELTS score alone. You must meet academic requirements of a college and must have received the admission offer too. Your IELTS score anyways is low. Atleast 6 is required for Bachelor degree courses. Colleges in Australia, New Zealand offer bridge courses or pathway programs in English language requirement so you can check those. Visit the college websites and check the English language requirement pages. You will find all the options.

MBA programs require applicants to have work experience of atleast two to three years. Additionally you must take GMAT or GRE too. To study in US you must check which university will accept three year Bachelor degree as most of them don't. Admission to a MBA program abroad is a different league altogether. You can check for MS Management programs in Australia or New Zealand, they can take you with IELTS only.

You can if you meet the admission requirements. Your IELTS score alone won't help, please mention your education background and scores too. Very good grades are required for the same.

The preparation takes around 3 to 5 months and the scores are valid for two years. Once expired you must take it again. So, you can schedule it accordingly. You may start preparing now, slowly and gradually. Good luck.
