If you are planning for a Masters an overall score of 6.5 would be required. And, you can work part time, all students enrolled at the University of Luxembourg are allowed to work part-time during their studies. During the school holidays, you can work 40 hours per week and/or 10 hours per week throughout the year. For details regarding jobs you can check with the international student office, they will help you with a database of relevant jobs and job portals.

Your strategy while choosing your university is not correct. Universities do not grant admissions on basis of IELTS alone, they will also check your education background , grades and if you meet the admission requirement necessary to get into a particular program. There are hundreds of universities which can accept your IELTS but other factors like I mentioned will be counted too. Every university has their own admission requirement. Decide what to study and where, visit university websites and understand their admission requirement.

You can check SPP colleges. The other tests like SAT, GRE, etc. may be required depending on the university and program.

Are you looking for a Bachelors or Master's degree? The entry requirements differ with universities and programs. Some universities might accept this, while some can ask for a retake.

As a commerce student, you can pursue account related programs such as BS accounting, BS finance, etc. You can take either TOEFL or IELTS. SAT is not a requirement for Canadian Universities, unless they specify on their websites. A score of 9 in IELTS indicates excellent English skills, while 6.5 is an average.
