You need to go through the University requirement that you are going to apply for Hotel management. Generally, universities and colleges are having some minimum requirement for the admission. IELTS is actually, a platform which test your proficiency of language in four skills that's why universities issue some minimum requirement for IELTS so that student can understand and adapt the native environment.
In case of New Zealand, You need minimum band 6 in IELTS. As of now you are not eligible for New Zealand but you can apply in various european countries like Switzerland, Poland, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Czech Republic.

There could be a number of factors affecting this decision. Your budget is important. The university admission requirements, your profile, you have to check if you meet the criteria, climate,language barrier etc must all be taken into consideration. So narrow down your choices accordingly. US,Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, Netherlands are some of the popular destinations for MBA. Please research on these countries more,visit the university websites for details and decide.

I think it is possible in countries like Germany, Ireland and Canada. Some colleges in these countries won't ask for GMAT or GRE marks and they'll admit candidates with IELTS, Past academic performance and work experience (Mandatory).

Yes, you would need GMAT definitely. GMAT is a written exam and IELTS is for communication and listening skills which is must for getting admission into any MBA college.

IELTS measures the proficiency in terms of four skills in English which are reading, speaking, listening and writing. IELTS is designed for general and academic. For general it measures proficiency of a worker to work in English native countries and academic for getting admission in foreign universities and in job as well. In sum, doors are open for foreign countries if one has cleared IELTS.

It would be better if you join IELTS coaching because you will get to learn the exact pattern and have a good experience in writing. There will be teachers who will guide you better based on your performance. If your financial ability is good then go for it.

It is impossible to get admission and visa for study in Australia without clearing any English proficiency exam. You need to clear IELTS, PTE, OET or similar exams. However, if your score is less and not able to find the desired score then you can go through ELICOS.

Hello Vishvesh,
If you want to invest in a reputed university, then you must the entrance exam. IELTS or TOEFL are English language tests and are mandatory for any foreign university. Some universities can waive it off, if you have a good profile. SAT or GRE exam will depend on where you want to apply.

Your IELTS score is fine but mostly appropriate for Bachelor degree programs. For PG programs an overall score of 6.5 with no part less than 6 is required. This requirement vary with universities so you must check the university websites. Check with the universities if they can offer waivers or can consider this score.
