You need to score a minimum of 6 marks & at least have 1 to 3 years of experience to get into private colleges. In GMAT, a minimum score of 500 is required.

Your CGPA is a little low so you should appear for GRE as well as IELTS and score well in both. GRE and IELTS both are different exams so you must do well in both the exam. All the best.

Your CGPA is enough to get admission in the best universities in Canada, so GRE is not required, but you can go for either TOEFL or IELTS, Canadian universities accept both the exams.
All the best.

Many institutes say that they will take students without IELTS, but it's not true, because if you get admission in any institute abroad (like Canada), you will still not be eligible, because in Visa interview you need to show the proof of your English language test's result, and they need 6.5 band in IELTS, so beware of those fake promises, study hard, score well and then go.
All the best.

If you score well in IELTS and GRE , you have chances, but it's tough to get admission ,most of the applicants have good marks ,they need 75% mainly ,try to search more safer universities in Canada, like Newfoundland, York, Victoria, Laval, etc.

After class 12th, you need 6 bands overall in IELTS with not less than 5.5 in any module.
So, your 12th percentage and IELTS score seems perfect to me.
Get yourself enrolled in Bachelors degree, you will get the visa.
All the best!

Unfortunately no, you are from India, so you have to prove your English language proficiency and for that IELTS is must. You can try Russia or Poland, they will accept you but they are not so good for study and jobs.

5. University of Windsor
6. University of Laval
7. University of New Foundland, etc.
If your UG score is above 75%, then you will get the admission easily.

With 6 band, you are eligible to apply in Germany, and your English marks does not count here. They just follow your overall percentage.
