Is this a question?

Hello Nirav,
IELTS is basically a requirement for admissions into an university. Visa success is hard to predict on the whole, if your profile is poor then your visa may be rejected on the grounds of not meeting IELTS requirements and other factors such as finance, intentions to study abroad and son on. At times if an applicant is extremely brilliant and has an admission offer from a top university, IELTS is not even required.

Hi Praveen, start researching on the colleges for requirements and deadlines, prepare accordingly. Applicants for game designing must ideally have a strong foundation in mathematics and must have studied a visual arts subject. A portfolio of artwork will be required as well. Further requirements will vary depending on whether you want to do a Bachelor's or a master's program and precisely which country. You haven't mentioned any of those.
I hope it helped.

Yes you are eligible but late to apply to. Usually students need to apply by Jan for September intake. Try to look for January intake now. Or add work experience of a few months
