For Masters program your IELTS score is ok as most of the countries asked for 6.5 IELTS for masters. if you just looking for visa chances then may be UK would be best because of their point based system otherwise you can apply for Europe or USA also. ToEFL and IELTS. is an exam to prove English language proficiency when you are going from non English speaking country to an English speaking country. ToEFL is an online exam. IELTS is you have write it in pencil. Both has four modules as Speaking Listening Writing and Reading papers.

For Masters, IELTS score of 6.5 and higher is required. You need to retake the test. Your academic grades will also be evaluated in addition to IELTS for admissions.

The best way is to take a mock test first and analyse your knowledge. This will also give you an idea about how much u need to prepare. If the need be, take coaching to manage all the sections in time. Lastly, take lot of practice test and you will score well.
