Yes, the IELTS Brand score of 6.75 is rounded to 7. The candidate's overall band score is rounded to the nearest whole or half band. If your overall score is an average of 6.75, your score will increase to 7. If your overall score is an average of 6.25, your score will increase to 6.5.

In the Listening test, candidates need to answer 40 questions related to audio clips that will be played. Your answers are correct or incorrect, so the marking is slightly different from the Speaking and Writing tests. For each correct answer, you will receive one mark. Band score 7 = 30 out of a raw score of 40. Band score 8 = 35 out of a raw score of 40.

Basically, the IELTS calculators calculate the overall IELTS score by adding IELTS bands in Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking and then dividing the total score by 4. The IELTS test is scored between 1 (the lowest) to ss9 (the highest).

You will be given a score from 1 to 9 for each part of the test – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The average produces your overall band score. You can score whole (e.g., 5.0, 6.0, 7.0) or half (e.g., 5.5, 6.5, 7.5) bands in each part of the test.
