Syllabus and mode of the IEMJEE exam are absolutely same as that of JEE Main. Comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics divided into 3 sections. Maths section will contain 60 questions each of 4 marks. Physics and Chemistry section will contain 30 questions each of 4 marks. Total marks will be 360. Time duration will be 2 hours. Maths section will have a time duration of 1 hour 15 minutes. Chemistry and Physics will have a time duration of 45 minutes. There will be 1 mark deduction from total marks for each wrong answer. The following Covid-19 notification is available regarding IEMJEE as under:
Due to the unfortunate scenario caused by COVID-19, students appearing for IEMJEE 2020 Phase 3 Online Examination, are hereby requested to give the examination from their home only instead of coming to the centers.
So can give the IEMJEE 2020 Phase 3 Online exam from your home, The exam dates and time slots are available on UEM website. For more details, please visit: https://uem.edu.in/iemjee-2020/

If you don't go through IEMJEE, you can take admission through your WEBJEE and JEE Mains exam. This is also possible for this college's admission.

You don't need any special preparation for IEMJEE. If you have prepared for JEE Main and WBJEE it will be a very easy test for you. Just remember the formulae and basics of each topic. Best of luck.
