By virtue of your engineering degree, you are eligible to appear for the Indian Engineering Services. This examination is conducted by UPSC. However, you may have to opt for a branch among civil, electrical, mechanical and electronics and communication to clear examination as the only cadre of service is available in these branches of engineering.
