All the CMAT qualifier seeking for admission to MBA course at IFMR Chennai must achieve an AIR upto 7200 in order to get admission. Candidates must submit their score card of previous academic scores and rank of entrance exams at the time of filling the application form. All the CMAT qualifiers have to perform well in the PI rounds as well to secure a seat at IFMR Chennai.

In order to get admission to MBA at IFMR Chennai, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who secure the minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation are eligible to apply for the course. Additionally, candidates having minimum three years of work experience will be given extra credits during the selection process. Admission to this course is entirely entrance-based. Candidates are required to qualify for either CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GRE/ GMAT enrance exams with a valid percentile/ rank. Yes, IFMR accepts CAT scores for admission to MBA course. Candidates seeking for admission to MBA can qualify for CAT exam with minimum 75 percentile and submit their scores at the time of filling the application form. Apart from this, the institute also accepts scores of other national level entrance exam such as XAT, NMAT, CMAT, GRE and GMAT. Candidates can qualify for any one of the respective entrance exam in order to get the admission.

IFMR Chennai admission 2024 has been closed for MBA course. The admission process is conducted in four rounds.
