Is the query for same person? You want to pursue M.A. Psy and MBA HR or only one between the two? For MBA HR - there are several options depending upon your CAT/XAT/CMAT etc. Scores. IFMR GSB is a great option as it is also an University now equivalent to Master degree from any university.

No, not at all. Admission in good MBA college seeks work experience but you can still secure admission if your entrance mark is good and you did well in GD/PI.

What specialisation do you want to choose? IFMR is one of the leading Management institute in the country (specially known for Finance & Financial Engineering) with great learning experience. Recently, IFMR has become full grown university and is known as IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University offering MBA not PGDM programme anymore. Applications are open for the batch 2019-21.
