IFMR is a organization started in 1970 which depicts the experience it carries with it. Student from different fields have come here and done specialisation in different fields like HR finance, operations, financial engineering and marketing.
it's alumni base is very strong, students of different specialisation are at high post in each sector so for marketing also it offer best opportunities.
experienced faculties from iims and top institute teaches here with nice curriculum.
avg package is also 8.5 lakhs p.a, also ones capabilities are also considered.

LBSIM has no comparison with IFMR. LBSIM used to be a very good institute, but now they are surviving on the legacy. The Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) has received the letter of intent from the Andhra Pradesh State government for a private university. It is located in the industrial hub area of South India. It is better than LBSIM, Delhi in terms of placement, internship program and batch size.

IFMR: The average CTC is 8.5 LPA for the 2014-16 batch and 7.5 for 2013-15 batch (average CTC rise is 13%).
LBSIM: The average CTC is 8.3 LPA for 2014-16 batch and 7.9 for 2013-15 batch (average CTC rise is 4%)

Yes, IFMR do provides HR specialization. Companies like PEPSICO and ALSTOM offers internships to students. Placement of HR students is at par with other streams. It is worth to join IFMR for HR.

Yes it is possible that IFMR will consider you for admission if your CAT percentile is exceptionally well (>95 percentile) with a good work experience.

For the last 16 years IFMR has provided 100%placement to its student.
With different specialisations it provides vivid opportunities to achieve success in career.
Average placement is Rs9 lpa with highest package going to 17 lakhs p.a.
