Yes,
IGNOU is a trusted and accredited government distance education university. It is a central university which was established by an act of parliament in 1985. Therefore, a distance education degree from IGNOU is equivalent to a degree granted by any accredited university in India.

Eligibility Criteria to Appear For NIMCET-2019 is given below :-
Eligibility criteria : Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in (I) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. Or (ii) B.E. / B.Tech. From a recognised University

Hi,
If you fulfill the criteria, then you are eligible for getting admission in IGNOU.
Candidate must satisfy the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered for admission to IGNOU Management programs
Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per Government of India rules, with 3 years managerial/ supervisory /professional experience.
Candidate must have cleared OPENMAT, conducted by IGNOU
There is no age bar
