You can give your exam in June 2020. All you have to do is repay the examination fees for 1st year subjects. In June 2020, you will give your 1st year and 2nd year exams together.

Hi,
You have many choices after doing your Intermediate in MEC. You can go for B. Com, BBA CA CS ICWA, CFA etc. CA CS ICWA, CFA. All these are professional courses. While B.Com and BBA are normal graduate courses which may need a supporting Post Graduate degree like MBA, M.Com etc., to have good career prospects.

The only way you can get admission in IGNOU, is to fill their online application form and pay the fees online. I don't think anything can be easier than this.

Last date to apply for all degree courses is 31st July, and 15 July is the last day to apply for certificate courses.

I don't think so, because minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in IGNOU is to have a Bachelor's degree in the revenant subject i.e, B.Com. I think, you will have to clear your supplement first and then you can apply for IGNOU.
