Yes, you can definitely pursue M.Sc in Mathematics as correspondence along with any regular course.
Eligibility is Graduation: 50%
Additional Details:
Mandatory Course: B.Sc (Mathematics)
Candidates must be Graduate with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with mentioned aggregate.
If the seats at a center remain vacant then:
Graduate with a mentioned degree/ BA with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, having at least 50% in aggregate and 55% in aggregate in the Mathematics courses will be considered for admission.

Hi,
At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Master's Degree is required. The reservation and relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility will be provided to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/PWD candidates as per the rules of the Central Government.
So, you are eligible to apply for B.Ed in Hindi in IGNOU.

Yes, you can do, but I saw you have asked for MKU, but I would suggest you better choose Annamalai University or Anna University or Madras University, because Madurai Kamraj University (MKU) has some issues, so you can better choose from these three.
