Hey.
Bachelor's degree at IGNOU is of 3 years and divided into 6 semesters. Each semester has 5 or more subjects. You have to clear all the 6 semesters to receive your BA Tourism degree.

As you have mentioned you are pursuing your degree from IHM Guwahati and you are confused between job or study.
