Yes, most of the colleges are accepting Bachelor's degree from IGNOU. You can pursue M.Sc in regular mode from any university of India. IISC also accepts the degree provided by IGNOU.

(a) Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/ 45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.
(b) Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU.
(c) There is no age bar.
Admission to Management Programmes of IGNOU is done through OPENMAT Entrance test, held twice a year. For appearing in the entrance test (OPENMAT) a student has to fill up Application Fform for OPENMAT Entrance Test) .
