In order to appear in Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC the candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years (for the General category candidate) on August 1 of the year of examination. Prescribed age limits vary with respect to caste reservations. For Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), the limit is 37 years. Age eligibility varies in different states for PCS examination. You may check for state for which you are targeting to apply for PCS.
Degrees awarded by IGNOU are vaild for appearing in Civil Services Examination and PCS.

You can definitely do MBA but do check the colleges which accept 505 marks in graduation. As graduation percentage is necessary.

Hi Ganta, you must take the SAT or ACT to be eligible for admission in any US University, Harvard University which you are asking about is one of the world's top most and very selective.Your academic percentage is very good, but they will also see your extra curricular activities.First decide what you want to study, check Harvard website and kind of students they admit. The fee can be around $60000 or more per year.If you prepare well there is always a place for deserving students and you can take education loans or get scholarships.

You need to register yourself for all required details on their portal. Your personal details, course details and you need to upload all required documents suggested by the portal. Once you complete all the procedures, you will be given a link to do the payment for the course. Once the payment is done, you will get an email with your enrollment number and regional centre. For all required details to understand about the regional centre will be assisting you.
