Yes, you can apply for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) if you have completed your study from IGNOU as CTPM in 2013. But usually for TET, eligibility needs graduation with at least 50% marks and/or a B.Ed or an equivalent qualification. Since CTPM is a certificate program, it is not equivalent to a degree. You must ensure you meet the requirements for total educational qualifications in TET, which, in most cases requires a relevant degree and B.Ed for a candidate to sit for the examination.

You must fulfill the qualifying requirements for IGNOUs DECE (Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education) program, which often ask for a 10+2 (higher secondary) degree or its equivalent from an accredited board. The IGNOU website often requires an online application for admission, which you must complete and submit together with the necessary paperwork including identification and academic credentials. Because the programme is distance-based you can study whenever it's most convenient for you. It's best to monitor IGNOU's official website for updates on dates and application forms as they may use a merit-based selection procedure.?
