Yes, you can get admission in private colleges through management quota. You need to visit the campus and talk to the concerned authorities about the same. You cannot get admission in any government colleges through management quota.

The criteria are as follows:
1) The admission in IHM Pusa is given through only NCHMCT JEE entrance examination
2) for getting admitted into ihm pusa the all india rank must be between 1 to 500
3) you must be able to achieve the cutoff which must be laid by nchmct. *Their are various types of books which is required for nchmct is available across various online sites. Importance must be given for:
English
Elementary mathematics.
