We cannot exactly claim how many cut-off marks are required for B.Sc. Depending on the college or university, the cutoff varies for the BSc programme, and the cutoff also depends on the candidate category, such as general, OBC, SC, ST, etc.Candidate need to score 80+ percentile in entrance examination to get the good institute.

The admissions for UG courses at institute of Hotel Management, kovalam are entrance-based while the admissions for Diploma courses are merit-based.Entrance-based means the admissions are based on students entrance exam score while merit-based means the admissions are based on students merit (12th) score/marks.In entrance-based may or may not consider merit score because it's depends on universities.

The university determines the selection procedure for B.Sc. students.
