Doing full time course gives you opportunity to sit for campus placements which is not in the case of distance course, but you can opt for off-campus where you will get a job opportunity.

Hey Vikas,
If you enrol for a full-time MBA course then you can choose your specialization under marketing, wherein, sales is one of the profile offered.
In most of the colleges, 1st year has all the subjects common for all the students, no matter what specialization you are opting for. And for the next year, you can always choose marketing and get into sales.

While working if you want to pursue MBA IT offered at IIBMS then I think it wouldn't be possible. But you can conform with the college once.

Eligibility to get admission in MBA in operations from IIBMS:
Candidate must be a graduate with 3 years of work experience or passed diploma with 5 years of work experience from a recognized University.

It depends on the basis of college that which type of college you choose for yourself if you want IIM you need to crack CAT exam and after that, your fee would be from 7 to 8 lakhs and 19 to 20 lakhs.
